Our SHOP page has a complete line of innovative products to choose from.  After you finalize your selections, processing is completed as outlined below:

STANDARD PURCHASING GUIDELINES – U.S.A.

  • At checkout we offer two payment methods, PayPal or credit/debit. (see below for bulk/team order options)
  • USPS & UPS Shipping cost and delivery duration is calculated based on the final package weight and your shipping address provided.  We then select the most cost effective carrier.
  • Alternate shipping methods may be arraigned if you need your order expedited.  Contact roarhoco@gmail.com for additional details.  We are happy to help! (additional charges may apply)
  • Orders are usually processed in 1-3 business days, before being shipped.
  • Once processed, you will receive confirmation and tracking information related to your order.
  • Shipping insurance is included in every order we ship.  If you receive an item that you believe was damaged during delivery, contact us immediately at roarhoco@gmail.com for additional instructions.
  • Shipping delays as a result of Covid may be experienced and are completely out of our control.  Your patience is appreciated.

GLOBAL BULK/TEAM ORDERING GUIDELINES INCLUDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We understand that due to shipping costs it may not be attractive for individual customers outside the USA to order small quantities through our shop page.  If you are an international field hockey club or organization and wish to order bulk quantities direct from ROAR®, please contact us at roarhoco@gmail.com for assistance.
